How are your products different from other products I've tried?

Our products don’t use skin-harming detergents and chemicals in order to achieve results. Our products are formulated with the Earth’s purest botanicals, butters, oils and wildcrafted ingredients designed to restore skin to it’s natural state. Your skin is a living organ which absorbs nutrients and releases metabolic impurities. We use ingredients found in nature known for their efficacy for superior results that surpass those of mainstream commercial skin care products.

Are your products vegan?
Our products are vegan with exception to our Everything Balm which contains beeswax.
Do your products contain gluten?
We never use ingredients that contain gluten. Even our Pumpkin Oat Glow & Mask is formulated with certified organic and gluten-free oat flour. Since we don’t use any gluten ingredients in our lab, you won’t have to worry about cross-contamination, either. 😉
Do you test on animals?
Nope, never. Our products are completely cruelty-free.
Which dry shampoo color is right for me?

Our dark hair dry shampoo blends nicely into all shades of brown and will not darken hair. We recommend our dark formula for anyone with medium to dark roots.

How are your dry shampoos different than the drug store kind?

Our dry shampoo is chemical-free, comes in a powder form and lasts much longer than drug store brands. We only use pure, quality ingredients that are great for your hair. In fact there are just 6 ingredients in our light formula and 7 ingredients in our dark formula : arrowroot powder, kaolin clay, lavender flower, chamomile flower, comfrey root, horsetail (shavegrass), + cocoa powder

Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Our products were formulated to work with all skin-types, especially sensitive skin. Our goal is to provide you with quality skincare using ingredients that are non-irritating, detergent-free, and free from all dyes, fragrance, and harsh chemicals.
Can I try before I buy?
We don’t offer free samples, but we do have Minis available for purchase. Each Mini provides 2 weeks worth of daily skin care and comes with our step-by-step Skincare Guide so that you can try our products out. Essential Oils

Do you use doTERRA or Young Living essential oils?

No, we do not use multi-level marketing essential oil brands. There are a few reasons for this, but namely because there are just as pure (if not better) essential oils found elsewhere.


We’d like to take this opportunity to also point out that the term ‘therapeutic grade’ is both false and misleading. The term ‘certified therapeutic grade’ was actually invented (and then trademarked) by DoTerra. It was a marketing technique that led to the assumption that all other essential oils were not as ‘pure’.

Where do you source your essential oils?

All of our essential oils are wild harvested from their native location making them the purest essential oils available.

Deodorant

Is it supposed to sting?

This deodorant is magnesium-based. If you are magnesium deficient, you could experience a stinging sensation the first few days of use. This should subside within 3 days while your magnesium levels increase (this means our deodorant will help you even more!

You may also experience stinging if you apply right after shaving. To avoid this, apply Everything Balm to your pits as a primer before shaving it will reduce skin irritation as well as razor burn.

Is there an adjustment period?

When switching from conventional aluminum-based deodorant, your pits may go through an adjustment period in which you experience stronger body odor. This is caused by a build-up of toxins from the chemicals in those deodorants and can last up to 2 weeks although most customers are instantly successful when switching.

How do I apply?

Shake vigorously, spritz each underarm 3-4 times, then rub in or allow to dry before dressing. Keeps odor away for 12+ hours while still allowing your body to sweat.
Use as a stand-alone deodorant or under your favorite natural deodorant stick to extend its deodorizing capabilities. This is also incredibly effective while detoxing, during extremely hot days or intense workouts.

What are the ingredients?

Ingredients: Magesium Chloride Brine, Glycerin (vegetable derived), Witch Hazel* (organic, alcohol-free), Arrowroot Powder, Rose Hydrosol, Apple Cider Vinegar* (organic, raw, unfiltered), Calendula Flower*, Proprietary essential oil blend (no synthetic fragrance)

Does your deodorant contain aluminum or other harmful ingredients?

Nope! Our products are proudly:

How long does it last?

Our deodorant generally lasts 2-4 months when applying 3 spritz once per day.

Returns

I have an allergy to an ingredient.

We recommend you do not use the products if you have a known allergy to an ingredient. If you have sensitive skin, please perform a “patch test” to ensure that your skin is compatible with a product before using.

All ingredient information is available on each product page for your convenience. It is the responsibly of you (the consumer) to read the ingredients of each product before purchasing and determining if the product is right for you.

Allergies to our products are not common. If you have been using a skincare line that contains synthetic ingredients before switching to our natural products, you may experience a ‘transition period’ in which the skin releases impurities that have built up from the use of these ingredients over time. These reactions are also uncommon, but if the reaction is severe, of course, please stop using the product.

What if I don't like my product or feel like it isn't working for me?

Here at Bambu Earth, we have you in mind as we strive to formulate, package, and deliver the highest quality, holistic skincare products possible. We know when you decide to purchase from us, it’s because you want to give your skin the best. Each product is measured, mixed and poured in small batches by one of our awesome production team members. Although we really want you to love our skincare line, we understand everyone has unique skin needs.

We do approve refunds and/or exchanges on any item within 30 days of the delivery of your products, excluding original shipping fees. Shipping

Where's my package?

Current Processing Time: Our current processing times are 1-3 days. Though we work as hard as we can to fulfill as fast as possible, it is not an instant occurrence after you place your order. Thank you for your patience and supporting small businesses.

Shipping: We ship all orders using USPS. Shipping speeds are stated within the checkout options. If you are running low and need your products ASAP, we suggest you choose the upgraded shipping options.

Out of stock items: If a product you purchased is out of stock temporarily, we will hold any additional item(s) purchased until all products are in stock and ready to ship. If this happens, we’ll notify you by email.

Holiday Shipping: We do not ship on major holidays and we are closed for several days during Thanksgiving and Christmas weeks. Please refer to our current processing times for updated holiday shipping information.

Postal Service: After a package has left our facility, we are no longer responsible for the package. We encourage you to purchase the optional shipping insurance if you are concerned at all about your package going missing. Please contact your local USPS office for more information: 1 (800) 275-8777.

Tracking says it’s been delivered: It’s common for carriers to scan a package as delivered before they actually deliver it. Give it 2 days or so to show up in your mailbox before contacting USPS. If 2-3 days has passed and you still haven’t received your package, here’s a tip that we’ve found works best: print out the tracking information, write a note to your local carrier and stick it in your mailbox. Let your carrier know you haven’t received the package. This usually works better than calling customer service. If this doesn’t work or you still haven’t received your package, please contact your local USPS office for more information: 1 (800) 275-8777.

Klarna Installments

What is the option to pay in installments on Klarna?

When checking out with Klarna, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Klarna allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.* In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase. Klarna Installments applies to total order amounts ranging from $50 to $1,000, including taxes and shipping fees.

Which payment methods are accepted if I use the option to pay in installments on Klarna?

Klarna currently accepts all major debit and credit cards (i.e. Mastercard, Visa, AMEX, Discover).

 

Please note:

AMEX cards are not accepted when creating a One-time card.

Capital One does not allow their credit cards to be used for Klarna purchases, but Capital One debit cards can be used.

Prepaid cards are not accepted.

Are there late fees?

If Klarna is unable to collect a biweekly payment on the scheduled day, they will try again. If the payment is unsuccessful when they retry, a late fee of up to $7.00 and the missed payment will be added to the next scheduled payment. To keep you informed, they’ll send you an email notification if your payment was unsuccessful.

What if I make a return on a purchase made through installments with Klarna?

If we process a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated.


If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both.


If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
